You have to be an owner and call them months in advance to arrange it... Schedule your trip around that tour date... Far as speaking Italian goes.. They may or may not have a translator on hand.. Otherwise I recommend you have someone who speaks English on your end to facilitate the conversation... You can also email them about it and skip talking to them directly

You can submit a request for tour online and then I received an email. They checked my ownership so not sure about the rental issue.

You have to own it, and you book "manually" by email. Other than that, it is a fantastic tour! Will never forget :)
