Lived here for 20+years and it's not the same as it use to be. I tried to put up a jumper for my kids birthday and was asked to take it down for liability reasons. Playgrounds are outdated, crack heads using the pool bathrooms, parking is terrible. Management is always changing so every year there are more restrictions.

And when are they gonna fix the 12.00 button a tweaker broke on the jacuzzi that makes the bubbles thats all thats broken and its been like that for almost a year my family and neighbors pay extra on rent to maintain what just gets repainted and neglected rigging it isnt gonna solve a thing the jacuzzis basically a lukewarm stagnant bath over a cheap button

I have two neighbors renting their unit so i suggest talking to the manager at the office building right when you go in the door will be on the left side of the building people move out and leave the unit behind a lot and usually they rent them out unless their older then they rip those out
