To say Girish was just an Agent would be unfair, he was more than a friend, guide and an agent. At the peak of one of the hottest, fastest, expensive, and most stressful housing market for buyers, Girish took all the heat and made it look very easy for us. He was very professional, answered all our numerous queries with patience, and guided us throughout in the right path by providing every minute detail that we needed to make a call (his biggest strength). He was very proactive in finding homes of our interest and travelled distances anytime we wanted to check on a house (including multiple visits to same house). If buying a house was a memory, it wouldn't have been beautiful without Girish. We bid on only one of the several homes we visited with Girish, and bid package he put together was immediately accepted. All was fair to both us and sellers, as well. Girish went above and beyond and we deeply appreciate his honesty, integrity, and intelligence. And we are now in a home and neighborhood that are even more perfect for us than we’d imagined. Not just with buying, but Girish was also very helpful after moving into the new house as well. He travelled with us until we completely settled in. We are very thankful to Girish for his generosity. We intend to work with Girish if & when we sell/buy again.

We all want to buy a house with a yard, large rooms with ample space and above all we want to stay in budget. So the dream goes, This was us 18 months back at the beginning of our home search in the East Bay area.
