My mother lives in this community. I came to visit her & needed a little assistance from the property manager. I would definitely say they were friendly & helpful. I am very comforted knowing mom is in good hands & in a great place she calls 'home'!

Nancy is very unprofessional and rude! Gives attitude everytime you ask a question or call. Worst management I've dealt with ever. She dont need to be in charge there and they need to find someone who respects the people who stay there. She has zero respect.

I moved in as a renter and 16 months later I purchased one in here. Had been looking for a long time and then I found Besaro Mobil home park and as I drove in for the 1st time , I said to myself , I could live here! Nancy , the manager is one of the sweetest persons you will ever meet! Everyone here is like family! If you are looking , check us out . Been here going on 5 yrs and love it! 👍

But your income has to be 3 times the rent. If not ,you can't move in . Also your credit rating has to be 700 or better. That is why I was denied. I was retired at the time. Income was not enough.
