This dentist is seemingly very knowledgeable and educated but loses all credibility the minute he opens his mouth. Totally emotionally unregulated, a male 'karen'. He rolled his eyes at me upon meeting (body language matters my guy) spoke over me, barely gave me a chance to speak, he didnt listen to comprehend my concerns or needs and reacted with defensiveness before i was even finished speaking. In my opinion and experience, a doctor is only as good as their bedside manner. And with mental health at the forefront of society, he would benefit greatly by informing himself of how to show up as a calm and empathetic doctor/human to ALL HIS PATIENTS. I would recommend for him to gain a little inisght into learning these skills on how to actively listen to comprehend and letting his patients feel comfortable enough to approach him and not be so reactive, passive aggressive and just plain old nasty. Youre a doctor, your working for your patients, not the other way around. You seem to have a type a personality. You'd really be much more successful if you caught up with 2022 and saw that your kind of character defects arent acceptable in today's society. Do better and good luck.

Today I had my teeth cleaned with an amazing procedure called GBT. The procedure was pretty much pain free and I dare say enjoyable. Denise is a fantastic hygienist who made this experience very educational. She explained this method to me in great detail before she began. I have quite a few implants and this cleaning today was so thorough. Thank you Dr.Acker for keeping up with all the latest technology, this one is a winner. Getting your teeth cleaned can be a great experience.

I work with a Record Retrieval company working closely with an attorney's office on a medication case going to trial. We were grasping at straws trying to get patients scheduled for a particular type of scan. The staff at this office was more than willing to accommodate our needs. They were willing to fit the patient in to their already busy schedule. They not only got the patient in, but they were very understanding with the back and forth calling between us, them, the attorney and the patient. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Something that was frustrating on our end, they made seem like it was smooth and easy as pie. The patient even commented on the demeanor of the staff and how nice, friendly and quick they were to be attentive. MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!!!

The staff at Elite dental are all great, Dr Acker is an amazing dentist & very knowledgeable about sleep apnea. Since coming here since January of 2021 the entire Elite dental staff have made me feel very comfortable, always very welcoming with smiles on their face, they thoroughly explained everything from insurance verification, visits and process of getting me to the proper setting of my oral appliance for my sleep apnea. The oral appliance I use has been life changing, I am able to take it everywhere I go in a simple case that fits in you bag or even pocket! I no longer have to worry about using the annoying and uncomfortable CPAP machine with that feeling of being restricted. I’m so grateful to have such great service so close to home. Being in the medical field myself and just as a patient I highly recommend everyone to see them for your general dental or sleep apnea Dental needs.
