Reach out on the Nextdoor website for a rescue group to help. They will come to you where you would need to take cats to animal control
You need to either call animal control or take them yourself to kc pet project. They take all animals

They need to be in an home before something bad happens
They are very helpful
I think you have to take them to them but I know that they will not deny animals that need help
