I would advise that you go to KC pet project and speak with one of the adoption counsellors about what size guidelines you want to stay within, and the fact that you don't have a yard. That way maybe they can assist you with selecting a dog that you might have overlooked if you were only looking for a certain breed.They know the personalities of the dogs better than you can tell just by looking at a breed and the staff is so friendly, helpful, and generally amazing!
