They are a no kill shelter but they do ask for a fee donation to take the cats. Unfortunately they are usually full with cats but you can try. Also wayside waifs and KC pet project is having a big adoption event this weekend. Also unleashed in Mission. I hope they have been fixed that will make them much more adoptable. Please try these places and dont just let them go. That would be very cruel. Also make a serious effort to find a home for them. Good luck
Yes this place is a no kill shelter they are a wonderful place take good care of all the animals there at the shelter.
Just make sure you are not in the KC area, they cannot take the cats if so. They will auggest another shelter that is no kill for you to surrender them to. KC residents cannot surrender animals to their shelter since they are in Kansas.
They are a no kill shelter with fluctuations in their cat census. The last time I was there recently, they had adopted out a lot of their cats and definitely had some extra room.
