I have had the ducts of my house cleaned multiple times before, but after seeing Midwest Duct Cleaning in action, it seems as if this is the first time. It's like having someone hose of your patio for years calling it powerwashing and then bringing in someone who actually has a powerwasher. I will never use another duct cleaning service again. On top of that, they were professional, courteous, ontime, and AFFORDABLE! They are booked far out, so you will have to be patient. No making an appointment for next week. But there is a reason for that. Plan ahead. It is worth the wait. Special shout out to the crew, Gary and Jeremiah. Great job guys.

Very impressed with this service. The young men who performed the service were mannerly, knowledgeable, and very willing to answer any questions I had. They explained the preliminary preparation to gain access to the ductwork and how they would reseal the entry points. It seemed to be a pretty straightforward and efficient process. I was concerned that given the age of our home, there was the possibility of having mold in the ductwork, but they were able to assure me (with before and after photos) that there was not. There was a minor issue with re-sealing the entry hole into the furnace housing itself. However, I phoned the office the very next day and they re-routed an employee that very day, working around my schedule, to resolve the problem. Customer service at it's finest!
