I'm sure you can figure that out. I prefer to ask for the Compliment Department, oh that's right they don't exist. That's really too bad. We're all so quick to complain, but when's the last time we contacted a company to compliment them or someone. Try that I'm sure you'll get better results.
Call and ask to speak to a manager. Or Yelp
Just do a yelp review
If you go to their website at the bottom of the page click where it says contact. It comes up with a form for comments good or bad.
I know for myself i read allot if the reviews first. I go allot by word of mouth from other people. Gives you a idea on pro's & cons of whatever it is that your looking at. I always give compliments, kudos. Im not one sided at all. If it was something really negative. Like if i was at a restaurant I would. Talk to the manager explain whatever the problem was. If it was fixed at that time. Then in my review i would explain this happened. But, also explain that the manager did whatever about the issue. Say that in my review Even if it was the other way around. Something positive i would say something to management. So that the person would get appreciated for whatever. But, i do both its important to do that. I dont care what people say. Allot of people read the reviews. Hope this was helpful. If not sorry about that just one person's opinion.
Good luck..
I always ask to see the manager on duty, if it is not the store manager, I ask for the contact information of the store manager as well as corporate and follow up.
You can do a yelp review, or do what I did and go to there web page. I got a response within 24hrs from corporate.
