Ordered 2 pc Catfish fillet with Shrimp. Red Snapper fillet with Shrimp. Both meals were hard fried and not in the crispy way. Tasted like it was all fried in old grease. Fish fillets were dried out. Shrimp was over breaded and fried HARD. Desert was Peach Cobbler. The crust was akin to plastic and the peaches were swimming in Cinnamon. We were so surprised because we were long term customers but not anymore.

They had everything I wanted southern fried. No lies. Very well seasoned, and I can appreciate that.I would say that some of my items like the fish and shrimp were too well done. The oil should have been changed before frying again had a burn smell. The sweet potato cake was amazing. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would order again for sure.

I think they might take EBT cash. They used to I'm not sure if they still do.
I have never seen gizzards on the takeout menu I have at home, so I don't think they do. But you can call and ask.
Social distancing is required and math are also required no dine in just take out
Not sure but JJ's is alright the grease seems old and like they fry everything in the same oil it seemed to me
