Is it hard to find seating and parking?

You can expect to pay to park anywhere in Old Sac. It's all metered and the garages are hourly. At peak dinner times the wait can be long.

I didn't feel it was hard or a problem to find parking at all.

There is a big parking structure located close by, so parking isn't hard. Seating usually isn't an issue unless you go during peak times, like weekends or Friday nights.
