Go to your nearest DMV (you can make an appointment or don't) if you don't have an appointment stand in the non-appointment line and wait to get your number to enter the building and renew your permit.
U can go online to...DMV.CA.GOV....AND MAKE A APPOINTMENT....AND JUST GO IN TO THE NEAREST DMV NEAR UR HOME
