Why is there no water on Hesperia lake park

Water conservation, usually the water by the playground is flowing through for powwow Hesperia Days and stuff like that

The water inside the park area is empty now because its a non wading area...and kids and parents won't stay out of the water😭😭😭...

Ask the city of Hesperia

I personally would not get in the water with all those ducks!
