I've been unfortunate enough to be behind an idiot customer in the drive -thru. We've all been to McDonald's right? Then why the hell do customers take so damn long when we get to the speaker? It's not like we don't know the menu...First, KNOW WHAT THE HELL YOU WANT BEFORE YOU GET TO THE SPEAKER! Second, have the money ready! People are so inconsiderate pulling up and taking long to make up their stupid ass minds then pulling up to the cashier window looking for fu**ing pennys to give exact change. Sometimes it is the moron new cashiers fault but 99% of the time it's us the customers making thelines long
The main reason is most of the staff is new also the McDonalds that's in La Verne is having renovations done so this McDonalds is the only one along both main freeways and major streets
Part of the weight is due to how they have the drive thru set up cars pulling out need to get out but that holds up the line and then you have to access trying it out another access trying to get in to the line so that creates even a greater wait
You get faster service inside they always have new cashiers in the drive thrue
