I went through drive thru. I ordered a chicken salad and asked for two water cups, which they acknowledged. Once I got to the window, I handed them my payment and they then just passed me one water cup. I informed the cashier that I requested two and then they said they do not offer two water cups, only one per person. I’m never coming back to this location ever again and hope that other people who do don’t let themselves get bent over a barrel.

Worst jack in The Box Ever this one was much worse then the one down in south central. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru 30 minutes that's ridiculous. They need to fire everyone and hire some new people they sure take there sweet time
