Earnest the importance of being Earnest

Avoid it if you can. Staff is very unfriendly. The girls and the boy there have a nasty stride and they make you feel unwelcome.Food is OK but pricey. But wait, the place needs a double scrub cleaning.! The staff need to leave their problems outside the door. A crazy woman entered the restaurant and a burgués king staff member went off at her . Not a friendly place for children as shady characters are abundant . The place is always empty perhaps the only clients are the many homeless people. The shady characters surrounding the place are sometimes verbally intimidating. The DPSS is just in front of this restaurant and unfortunately, the VIP clientele brings issues with them . The floor outside is dirty and filthy. But if you are hungry you’d better eat here because there is not another fast food restaurant on “Scenic Holt Ave”

I went on Wednesday at the drive thru around 1:00 pm the lady at the drive thru was very rude she gave us the wrong order and in top of that I wanted water because it was 98 degrees she just slammed the window I was waiting thinking she will give me the water after 3 mins she opens the window saying can I help u also I ask for sause when I left I realized she didnt put it in the bag I paid about 44 dollars didnt enjoy the food without water and sause I was big fan of burger king but as of today I wont be entering that place anymore its alll about customer service I hope she gets firred

Honestly one of the worst run fast food establishments I have ever been to. The dining area is virtually never open (important to know for pickup orders) and the employees pretty much get to do whatever they want with no consequences. My theory is that the manager has been dead for months now and the employees just never told anyone and started running the place themselves. Honestly that's really the only acceptable theory.

I don't know why burger king is not that popular like the other fast food places, I liked more than MD or DT and is very cheap compared with the other ones.
