Well maintained Well lit Busy location Good staff Dining Room is currently closed. Not sure why It can be due to the area that the business is in. There is a fair number of homeless people. They tend to congregate in and around the location and in the Dining Room. Otherwise, drive-thru is an option. Have visited location several times completing Doordash deliveries.

Food is bad and service is terrible, food is never made fresh and they will serve it to you cold and stale. Customer service will not respond to your request for a follow up call.

I have been to multiple Jack's in the city of Pomona and try to wash my hands but lately they claimed their restrooms are under construction. I enjoy their food but nor having full access to their services is not good for workers like us who use them for lunch. Not being able to use their restrooms is just not cutting it for me. I understand once but it has been longer than a couple months now.

I like the hard shell tacos. I stopped buying the coffee 3 years ago because is pretty watery. But the employees are friendly, they are nice to the costumers. I also like the 🍎pies.
