Technically you can NOT eat on their property. You can leave, but they ask you to drive off their parking lot.
Yes, you can go in and out. They have big selection of food to choose from. Plus the atmosphere is very nice you would miss that part of it while eating your lunch

I don't think you can go in and out of the spa, so probably not. The food there is delicious, but expensive. Sometimes they check your bag thoroughly, but not always. Good luck!
