I live in S AFRICA & would like to go to a Hot Spring Resort which would have multiple choice of medicinal and relaxation packages. .. is this establishment recommended? is there other places, that would include full weekend or and accommodation.

Jacumba Hot Springs and Mammoth Hot Springs are two places in CA that offer a hot spring hotel experience. Jacumba is most affordable, but the deluxe experience is at Mammoth. Also consider Glenwood Springs in Colorado.
