Thomas Miller made such a hard experience so easy and comforting when making decisions for our moms services . I feel they go above and beyond to make it as smooth as it can be for grieving families. Devonne helped us through the start of the process and it felt to personable. She listened and was there, never pushed any decisions . The other directors that helped with the services were great as well , kept checking up on us and showing compassion. I would definitely recommend Thomas Miller to anyone who experiences a loss.

I used Walker Family Funeral Services for my Dad, I didn't that Thomas Miller had Puchased Walker when I picked Mortuary. The Walker staff was WONDERFUL, Cece and Lupe where Angels hence the 2 star rating. When everything went wrong is when Thomas Miller took over, Their customer service is Horrible they don't act with sympathy or with you or your loved ones final wishes in mind. My simple request where ignored and other family member stepped up to carry them out because Chris didn't feel it was needed. Some as some as taping flowers down to assure they don't fall off of a flat bed truck. They never brought the other spray of flowers we purchased for my dad Services to the Cemetery. Also, we paid extra so we could be present during the lowering of the casket, and the director at my dad's Services never removed the flower off of the top of my Dad's casket. Me a grieving Daughter had to stop the Cemetery crew to get my dad's beautiful flowers. I couldn't even grief the last moments, I was to busy trying to make sure my Dad was honored appropriately. I was completely mortified, at the unprofessionalism displayed by this mortuary. How dare you leave me to deal with this on one of the worst days of my life's the day I'm burying my Dad! I drove down the the Cemetery on Monday as I don't live in Corona and it was very obvious that the other spray was fresh and had just been placed on my Dad's grave sight not to mention it was never at the Grave side service. SMDH, Save yourself the heartache and pain and go with any other Mortuary not connected to Thomas Miller and/or Walker Family Funeral as they are connected to Thomas Miller.

I am from Las Vegas and this mortuary was picked for me. They are the BEST! Not only did they take care of us at our time of need, they are concerned about our well being since the family member's passing. The staff has reached out to check my health and wellness on several occasions and has provided literature so I know what to do next, a will for myself and a way to find a local support group. Thomas Miller Mortuary was the BEST choice...thank you for all you've done.

Thomas Miller Mortuary and everyone representing them have helped me and my family walk through some of the hardest and most debilitating times that a family can experience in the loss of their loved ones. They were there for us through the loss of my mother, my dad, and most recently my husband. At a time when thinking and planning and making arrangements for those we cherish the most, is the hardest… Their level of help, understanding, comfort and expertise has been unmatched. I am so very thankful Thomas Miller Mortuary has been there for us, and every seen and unforeseen need has been taken care of for us. They even called a few weeks after to make sure our family was receiving grief counseling, and to inform us of help that would be available to us if we needed it. I have the highest regard, and so much appreciation of their excellence in every area they served me and my family. I highly recommend their services they truly care.
