Their gift card does not expire. Yes there is always an entrance fee. It is discounted often times if you get a treatment.
There are a couple discounts going on now if you look on the website as far as booking a service just an FYI I believe in California by law a purchased gift card cannot ever expire
You should call and ask about your gift card. As far as I know, there is a fee to use the various pools. You can get a package which would be a better deal.
