Once again, we are reviewing our auditoriums' lighting to make sure they are set and functioning appropriately. January 5, 2020 - The house lights dim when the trailers begin. They go down and the auditorium becomes dark once the feature starts.
Call the theater and ask them
Patricia Grady thank you for posting that. My elderly mom DID fall and hurt herself pretty badly. I don’t go to the theater very often, so I don’t know if the lighting has been resolved, but I hope so!
It hasn't been resolved. My mother has a hard time seeing in the dark and this past weekend she had a hard time. The movie didnt even start and theater was too dark for her....and she has a bad kneee
Rather than going "all dark" when the advertisements & previews start, why not go to something like "half-lit"? That would allow people to see to walk in/walk around, and still allow the people already seated to watch the trailers.
they have handicap seating at main level of entry. please stay off any steps if you are the least bit uneasy. the darkness is better for movie viewing and adds to the whole experience.please dont muck it up for the rest of us
