Pharmacy is the worst. Our prescriptions are never ready on time. Then they tell you "oh it will be about 5 minutes." lies, it's usually 30 minutes and you walk back up to the counter only to be told... "oh, sorry, it's still not ready." Total joke

We recently moved to Sandwich. The pharmacy technician was very nice, but I got transferred to the pharmacist to give my address and insurance information. I find it hard to believe it was really the pharmacist though, maybe another woman answering on her behalf? Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was extremely rude and got nasty with me when I misunderstood a word she said. I did apologize for not hearing well. If this is the regular pharmacist, even though this location is most convenient, I will be going to CVS. What a way to treat a new resident and customer!

Drive-thru is so slow. They always have one person working, The friendliness of the staff is hit or miss, and if it wasn’t for the only pharmacy being near me I would switch.

Sandwich Walgreens has been my pharmacy for everything my mail order pharmacy doesn't cover...bu I will no longer be patronizing them. I've been getting a prescription filled here every month for almost 3 yrs after my insurance company decided they were no longer coving this drug. I got the Goodrx app and have been using it since. Each month I've paid $19.76...this month they charged me $48.54 even though the Goodrx app shows the agreed upon price was $19.30. When I asked about it I was basically told "the price we are charging is $48.54"and basically told take it or leave it. I called Goodrx and asked how Walgreens could charge double the price....I was told pharmacies can't be made to follow the agreed upon price and only a few don't. So Walgreens have decided their not making enough money so their screwing those of us who can't afford paying full price. The pharmacist said "your saving over $50 isn't that enough?" No Walgreens thats NOT enough!!! I called CVS they are charging $26 for exact same drug through Goodrx...I'll be going to CVS next month! Greed from big companies is astonding....always seem to go after the people who can't afford to out right pay the full price. No Walgreens I choose to go elsewhere and NOT spend my hard earned money with you.
