Do you have to have a boarding pass to use the CBX? We will be arriving by rental care and dopping it off at the airport. Can we get across the border as pedestrians?
And can we catch the San Diego trolley on the US side?

Boarding pass required to use bridge on both sides. No trolley station anywhere near.
