You should make a complaint and a request for more cashiers to be put on to work they probably only scheduled one thinking it would not be so busy but it's only fair to have at least three or four on minimum 3 no matter if it's busy or slow please make that complaint and request to corporate I just applied there they need to know to give people jobs and I have experience in cashier they want to hire people that don't have any experience at all only to put things on a shelf they can't even answer questions of where things are most of them don't even speak English and Spanish that requires them to pay these employees way less than they would have to pay a person that has experience is bilingual and as cashier experience I think it's disgusting how Society has become specially employers
