Horrible customer service. Slow workers. Messy store. Rude workers. They Don’t help. They Sigh when you come to the register. I bought a few things and walked out checking my receipt & realized an item was missing and wasn’t in the bags. I came back to get it and he acted like he didn’t have the item which was put aside even though I paid for it! I had to show my receipt. Double check your receipt & bags before you leave otherwise you’ll be missing things you paid for or they will take the item!

Friendly team... selection better than other Michaels. However, some items prices were mismarked... but in both cases was pleasantly surprised when I went to the cashier and more items were on sale, saving money! :)

This place is always crowded by Dadeland, you always find great deals if you have time to hunt. A lot of the cracking in the Tori is not always out and it’s easy stuff in bins underneath or on top and you have to find an associate to help you. I’ve noticed there are very few associates on the floor
