I recently purchased a Cricut Explore Air 2. Just two days later it stopped working. I took it back to Joann for replacement. They said I could not get it replaced but I had to purchase another machine and return the original machine and the amount charged to my credit card would be refunded within a two to three days (minus the $25 return fee). It has been over two weeks and they still have not refunded my money. Every time I call Joann customer service I am told that the refund is coming. Then they emailed to tell me the refund has been applied to my card. I checked with the bank and still no refund of any kind appears from Joann Stores. Looks like I just paid over $400 for a $200 machine because they still have my money. I am never buying any kind of craft machine from Joann Stores again. Next time I am buying from Amazon. They have a much better return / refund policy.

I needed some 12x12x6 cake boxes and the 2pk they had was perfect. Price was decent as well ($6.49). The cashier was very nice that checked me out also! They are 2pc boxes not one single piece.
