Technically there are two floors to the store. However, as someone else accurately explained, the upper level is significantly smaller. Upstairs has both a limited selection and the type of merchandise changes (eg. I was in the store one month and upstairs had women's athletic apparel, the following month upstairs had luggage). You can park at either the first floor or second floor level. There is both an elevator and stairs for traveling between levels within the store.

Technically is just one the lower floors is where everything is, the top floor is like an entrance section they have a small portion of items ....

2... the second one you go up to is an entrance... and it's not that big... most of the items are on the 1st which adjoins the res of the mall... hope that helps!
