This women is kind to other people. I suggest you are the reason you've experienced poor treatment.
They are franchised... Each store is owned by a different person... You can call corporate but you need the store building.number (no not the address or phone number) each building has a different number they are identified with... I'm glad mine don't have those people they sound dreadful...
