Never had a bad experience until last night. It was a little past 10 p.m and noticed we had ran out of milk and near by stores were already closed so I sent my son to get some milk and bread from 7 eleven (we've done this before never had any trouble) when he got there since he couldn't find everything I asked him to, he decided to call me. While I was on the phone with him this rude lady asks him if he was going to get anything or to get out! He answered I am I'm just on the phone with my mom checking what she needs. She told him he had one minute after that he needed to leave. And in another situation you might think maybe he is playing around or being disruptive but I was on the phone all the time. Since I was two blocks away I decided to go to check what was going on and obviously confronted the lady she said she didn't hear him saying he was on the phone or anything. Instead of a sorry you get an attitude like if it was my son's fault. Well just make sure if you go to this 7eleven you don't look around trying to find what you need or take your time because apparently they time your visit, you can't call mom if you forget or can't find what you need, and make sure you are wearing a suit so they don't think you are a shoplifter.

Jennifer lied to my face when asked about alcohol sale times, claiming it was earlier than it was. When confronted with the truth she responded with "I don't care" and ignored us when asked why she refused to do her job. I have been to hundreds of 7 Elevens across the nation and this is the ONLY negative experience I've had directly due to rude staff. Shame on Jennifer.

This 711 store is a racist location if your not Mexican the cashier will be rude to you. I told her I don't want my receipt she damanded me to throw my receipt I mean common really that's 711 policy for a customer to throw our receipts. This is always a problem here if your not Mexican you will be disrespected. Beware if your not Mexican you will be greated rudely. This store has the WORST, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Personnel were mean especially THE SHORT POTATO BODY BUILT GIRL WITH A HUGE, DARK ATTITUDE! (For sure I'm talking to the same girl from the other review from last month). So sorry for the owner having this kind of staff😭. Will never come back to this store...
