2/25/2022, what a difference a day makes....went to pick up my order had tp pull to the bay area because I had my trailer. The folks were amazing, fast, professional, very polite and efficient, totally different from what I got last week. 3/18/2022 ONE STAR Home Depot needs to work on their online pickup orders! I waited for 25 minutes for the order to come to my car, only to have the guy tell me they will be out with the rest of your order in a minute....15 minutes later I called, yes they are working on it, 10 minutes later I am on the phone again and a girl comes to my window telling me THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY of my fence posts!!!!!!!!!!! Now remind you, I was informed by email, yesterday that they are there and ready for pick up! Went to Lowes where I had to pay $1.50 more each. When I got home and called online customer service to cancel the posts she said I should be upset. The order actually indicated that the items were "picked" which means already set aside for my order. WTH Home Depot.
