The staff was extremely helpful getting me set up with precisely what I wanted. As somebody new to fpv flying, the staff was more than knowledgeable when it came to answering all my questions. Would recommend them to anybody!
Puzzled Traveler
I needed a part for an Arrma RC truck. The local hobby shop I normally go to for parts was out of stock and I really didn’t want to drive to Kennesaw for it. Looked up dealers on the Horizon website and found this hobby shop that I had never heard of was listed as a dealer for Arrma products. They had numerous Arrma vehicles listed as in stock on their website but when I attempted to check inventory for the part I needed there was not a page for replacement parts and the part number was not working in the search box. I attempted to call but got a recording that they were unable to answer due to “high call volume” and was directed to the website to email them. I was not interested in filling out a contact form and getting added to an email list just for a yes or no on if a part was in stock that could be resolved with a 30-second phone call. Tried again the following day a couple of times, but they still had “high call volume” so I drove to Grayson Hobby, which is in the city of Loganville. When I arrived there was just 1 guy working, no other customers, and phones were not ringing off the hook. I told him I was there for some Arrma parts and he quickly informed me they do not carry the parts for Arrma vehicles due to the low-profit margin. He went on to say they primarily sell planes and drones. Before leaving I took a look around, they had about 10 Arrma vehicles out for sale and a few crawlers. All hobby-grade RC vehicles eventually break something, just part of owning them. Obviously, this place is only interested in making a few bucks selling the cars and not offering any service after the sale on them.

Try Hobby Town Kennesaw. Best train section I've ever seen.
I would suggest going to thier website and opening a support ticket. I doubt they search thier Google reviews for support issues. Not sure why you would be disappointed. Get with Grayson and I'm sure you can sort the issue out.
Sorry we do not work on nito products, just electrics
You have to call the guy at store he's awesome
Plug into betaflight and calibrate the accelerometer if that doesn't work go into BLHeli and look at youe ESC setup and calibrate your throttle. If that doesn't work take it back to Will and let him fix it.
Just go into the store. They usually have something like that in stock. Will ans Basil are awesome and will help you get what you need.
Yes they do. If you bought from them, if not they may be able to assist you.
If you got it from Bangood you have to flash the flight controller, and reprogram it with betaflight, look at youtube videos, if you bought it from Grayson it came already flashed and programmed with the switches assigned, the error msg has nothing to do with it not flying. You need to put in 2-6 hours to fully get it done, it took me 4, Its annoying but so fun when you are done.
