They only repair them if purchased from them and the repairs are reasonable. They are in the retail business and not the repair business. In this hobby you should learn to repair your own drones.

I just received my waco ymf-5d waited ten days.when I was putting it together it has a defective top wing tabs broken for strut mounts.what do I do now can tabs be replaced can this be taken care of? I AM very disappointed

Having trouble with brand new rtf eachine wizard x220 error message 1. 1% anybody have any advice? Wizard doesn't arm and won't fly. In process of sending it back to bamgood. Wish I bought it from Grayson. Gonna try betaflight first.
