Excellent store with exceptional customer service. I was in search of a cocktail dress to wear to a friends wedding. They had a wonderful assort of very nice dresses and were able to help me find the perfect dress at an amazing price. It will be tailored in a few short days, just in time for the wedding!

Body shaming of any kind is beyond unacceptable, especially a man (the owner) to a woman- so don’t go to Xena’s unless that’s what you’re looking for. It’s disgusting that anyone in their right mind would run a business with the morals he and his business has. Bride or not, do not make comments about someone’s body. This man should be ashamed. And! he thought it was his place to ask a woman if she was on her period? Do not support this place.

My friend is getting married in two months and she went in for her final dress fitting last night. She was measured incorrectly the first time and recieved the wrong size dress. She is now without a dress and Xena's is refusing to refund her $1200 over THEIR error.

Could give no stars if possible, my fiance went to go for a final fitting on her dress and found out that they measured wrong, and the dress was too tight and claimed she gained weight when she actually had been losing weight.. so she ended up getting scammed over $1k on a dress that they refused to reimburse.
