Place is super clean & decent...however I lost my appetite due to the service provided by employees, they do multi-task duties, I paid my food, then I tossed out in the trash...you can tell the work environment is really miserable...first if all, offer decent wages, benefits no matter, then hire genuine people with positive attitude...this is just my humble opinion( ask IN&OUT how they do with pretty much every aspect on business

I'm sorry for this review as it was the first time my guest took me thru the drive thru window for the first time. What is a Carl's Jr hamburger?? Does anybody know?? Perhaps the lady taking the order was a new staff member. She didn't understand what a Carl's Jr was and kept saying "famous star". Maybe it's not on the menu any more or goes by a different name? Anyhow we wanted the smaller version of what a Jr Whopper is to a Whopper, but at Carl's Jr. The manager helped out the young lady, took our food home and the smaller version expected ended up being regular size. Idk this fast food chain well enough to know what's what... So to be fair I can't really say much about the service. No complaints on the food. Was okay. Nothing to write home about.

Try the new angus prime burger...not quite what my expectations were...just a plain old burger with pastrami on it..definetly wont try again...but the spicy chicken sandwiches are really good 😃

Man, this place used to have good food. Delicious and the serving sizes were amazing. My favorite place to be chubby dubby. But now the service sucks, I always order a double western and they been trying to slip me singles the last few times. The soda is flatter than the personalities that work there and the chicken sandwiches are all bread and a spit of meat. Spent almost 30 on disappointment and deceit.
