Do you think he will do the right thing by his patient and forward her files, or do what I think he's going to and ignore his patients requests and that of her new Doctor as well?

Doubt you will ever see it. My son's started paperwork who is now unavailable to discuss with him. I am trying to take care of it based on a voicemail he left 2 days ago on my son's phone because Doc was "confused". His voicemail is "full". Have tried multiple times a day with no answer. No email or other method to reach him. Seems a bit shady or unprofessional at the least.

Dr Matalon has been very helpful to me. Without going into specifics he went out of his way to help me with some paperwork.

In my experience, Dr Matalon has always been very accommodating when it come to commuicating with my other physicians. I dont see why he wouldn't be able to fulfill this request.
