This was my first time ever donating Plasma, and the staff at this Vista location were amazing. Everyone was very welcoming and informative. Took my nerves away instantly. The facility is very organized and they have a great system going. I am please with my experience here. I will be back.

The whole process was straightforward and easy! The staff is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional. 1st time donating took about 2 hours but visits thereafter should be around an hour or less. Make sure you drink enough the day before and the day of and you have a healthy filling meal!

Great 1st time donating plasma. From my understanding, it took longer this time because they throughly make sure you’re all set and understand the process. Huge help making me feel like I’m in safe hands. Cold (remember your blanket!) but very clean & kind staff.

First timer here! Was very nervous about donating, no particular reason but as soon as I walked in the front area employees were super friendly, funny, and great about educating me on my donation today. The nurses and donation staff were also very friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. They're very vocal about which steps they're taking for your donation. Will be a regular!
