Save yourself some time and money and just get a brand new W/D from literally anywhere else. Owner swore up and down they’ve never had any of their appliances break. I’ve literally had problems with my units since week one.

2.5 stars. I am very frustrated. The pros: -They were quick to take my money (approx $800) + get me my machine (refurbished apt size double washer/dryer), no hesitation in scheduling. -Delivered and installed quick with no problems. -Installer was kind and helpful. - Worked without issue for 4 months. I was so happy and pleased up to this point. The cons: -Warranty lasts 3 months, and on the 4th month (to the date) my washer stopped working. - Adamant about only being able to help for an additional $250 minunim (diagnostic, labor, then more for parts). - Spent the entire call explaining their new business plan and how it affects them helping me (staff leaving, not sure if they have staff who could help, and if they can they couldn't until January "maybe"). Very confusing and no absolute path to help me. - Then in the middle of my frustration and explanation told me to hold on "another customer is in the office sorry", I was placed on hold abruptly, so I hung up. Its been 2 weeks without washer capabilities. I refuse to spend MORE (upwards to $1000 total) money to fix a refurbished machine that I JUST purchased 4 months prior. I felt like a number, only worth the $800 and that's it. I am a single female without the help or the know how and am very frustrated and feel dooped into an over proced broken refurbished machine.

When my refrigerator died today I was pretty hysterical. Rob was at the helm of helping me pick a new very decent nice fridge delivered by Juan and Juan lol such nice fellows very nice people. I found out that I didn’t need to replace my fridge at all rather it was just a broken plug in the wall I was desperate and very upset. But without explaining all the gory details I can say Rob really worked with me on fixing the situation and I just very much appreciate that he showed me empathy for my situation. I have purchased 2 appliances now from him and they work perfectly. Just want to say thank you to these guys I would never be able to purchase new appliances and their’s are just perfect. Thank you so much Rob and to Juan and Juan.

So my 2 stars in lieu of a 5 star rating is due to some very simple and inexpensive customer service. First off, the actual rental was fine. The fridge did what is was supposed to and did it’s job for our temporary need. The issue I had was this- I confirmed, prior to renting, that it had an ice maker. When it was delivered, it had a water connection “tube” for the ice maker connected to the unit. I attached it to my water feed, but the connection leaked. Upon closer look, the gasket inside the water tube was completely dried out and would not seal. So I traded texts with them and they basically told me to “go to Home Depot and buy one”. I told them that I would prefer they provide it, but for a $10 tube, and relatively easy to install, I would just deal with it-but I expected to be reimbursed for the tube. They told me to keep the tube at the end of the rental and would not reimburse me. Kind of a bush league move on their part. For $10 they would have earned my business anytime I need a rental or their service. Instead, they earned 2 stars and my ten commendation to the world to look elsewhere for your Vista rental needs. I would welcome a call from their ownership to explain themselves. They had ample opportunity to make good during my rental period. But they close to do nothing. It’s so hard and expensive to earn a customer. The $10 was not the issue. It was their total “it’s not our problem” attitude that turned me off. 12/27/2019 Interestingly enough, after a full 11 months, the owner replied to this today. Clearly this person did not read my review, or chose not to understand what I said. Anyway, I had long forgot about this incident until they replied with such a half hearted response. Im over it, but will not recommend this place.

No we only sell high quality appliances with a warranty! New & Used!
Not sure. Seem to be legit though. If they still work I think they would. However I told them I broke the washer I just bought from them and they still warrantied it on there dime even though I offered to pay.. so I mean if your gonna do that then that's pretty legit.. but that makes me think they will do right by you.
