Beautiful, clean facility, staff aren't the most friendly upon entry. MARY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Often, as a donor I am not even acknowledged when I walk through the doors. Staff can be found standing around gossiping while donors stand waiting to be assisted, all the while having an appointment- you’re still made to wait. Mary, in her apathetic slump is unfortunately the one who I historically see when walking in even had the nerve to tell me to “ring the bell and wait for someone” all the while sitting right in front of me, ignoring me. As a donor who routinely takes time to go donate blood, I urge you, find a different location. Just one interaction with this horribly rude woman is enough to really disrupt one’s day. After years of donating at this establishment, Mary has ruined it for me. I will find somewhere else to donate and suggest you do too.
