Most likely not. Medical facilities will stay separate at least for the time being. (I work there)
This outlet is strictly based for the medical cannabis community. Regulatory compliance for recreational sale to the public will require different permits etc. There will be other outlets for recreational purchase if this bill is implemented.
I'm sure if it becomes legal, they will sell to the public. Would be silly for them to miss out on the extra revenue
