I go there occasional, however, i have never had a problem. The last time i was there it was a shortage of staff but only a few customers and they apologized for the wait and shortage of staff. It wasn't peak time. Sorry you had a bad experience. I would give them another chance.
We go there quite often,they do get very busy,people off the interstate comes and it also on a main street,the waitress and management is very kind, food is delicious.If there is a large crowd,you will have to do some waiting. but it is worth it, they do try to get everyone sitted quick as possible.
This is not true when I was there only a few tables had customers ... The majority of tables ware open ...
