Great location. Room was very spacious and has all essentials. Bed was very comfortable. Floor carpets need to be cleaned more intensively. Lot of stains observed. Negatively impact the positives of the room. Food options not very great. Restaurant service quality needs improvement. Overall I do see need for more maintenance and upkeep.

Roof leaks, shower broken, only one elevator working, no room service (only would clean a room if you stayed for 5 or more days), had to track down employees to get extra towels, toilet paper for our room. We were there for a wedding, who the entire bridal party booked rooms, many issues for all of us. Very disappointed.

I give this 4 stars because the room was spacious and big. The beds were comfortable and so was the luxurious large bathroom. The pool was great too! I do have a few concerns though. Inside the room some things were falling apart inside the bathroom such as the sink handle and the shower bar. Anyways, when going downstairs I did have some trouble in the elevator so unless you guys would like to take over 12 flights of stairs be careful with the elevators or else the doors will not close. This Hotel is honestly great for a one night stay whilst traveling or looking for a good swim.

Great place to stay. We have been here before and our rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous and lobby was spotless. Pool area had plenty of towels also which has not always been the case at other hotels we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again, its always great here!😊
