Also, you can call to the passport agency number at 12;00 am and follow this options: first press 1+1+2 you will get an invalid message, wait a second and they will give you the option to make an appointment. I got my appointment doing that. try to start at 11:59 pm.
I would advise you to contact your state rep in ur area and explain to them ur issue and they will help you with getting an appointment, thats what i did
