I like this clinic but is Worse clinic ever to get in contact with the doctor smh. You call and call and they don’t pick up the phone

I started going here when I found out I was pregnant. it was the nearest clinic at the time since I was living near the area. Till I moved when I had my baby... Everything went well but there are some nurses that can be pretty rude and uncaring. I now still go to this clinic to see my son's pediatrician she is great ! But the whole clinic itself sucks when it comes to calling and you wanting to speak with someone or the need to make or change an appointment. They NEVER ANSWER, THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. I AM AT THE POINT THAT IT IS PISSING ME OFF BECAUSE IT IS NOT THE 1ST TIME THAT IT HAPPENS. I HAD an APPOINTMENT WITH MY SON TODAY, MIND YOU I LIVE IN SWEETWATER AND THIS CLINIC IS LOCATED IN LITTLE HAVANA NEAR ALAPPATAH, AND SINCE I actually like his pediatrician i drive all the way to the clinic... but anyways yeah i was not able to make it so i was calling ahead of Time, multiple times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. I COULDN'T EVEN SPEAK WITH SOMEONE TO CHANGE MY SON'S 4 MONTH APPOINTMENT. LIKE WHERE IS THE PERSON THAT IS IN CHARGE OR NEAR THE PHONE.... LIKE SERIOUSLY.... I have no choice but to change his pediatrician to a nearby, BETTER CLINIC, BECAUSE SERIOUSLY... IT'S REALLY IRRITATING... And it's not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd time.. I have to keep calling days after in order to have someone answer me .

I've never written a review before but my last experience at this place need to be said. I've visited this clinic for a couple of years now and I'd noticed that is getting worse every day. Besides the situation with the phone that they (NEVER EVER ) answer, this doctor didn't really care about you. His only concern is to write on the computer, smile and sent you to more test at main hospital. He never gives you a physical checkup, he never gives you a diagnostic. Nothing! He is the most mediocre dr. ever! On top of that lunch is more important than patients because he disappears 25 minutes before his scheduled lunch time (12-1 pm) and appeared back 1:20 pm!! Don't know who is supposed to control this situation but it needs urgent attention. What kind of Dr. is Jackson hospital providing? What kind of services is this Dr. providing? Is everything about money! I don't think that is correct. About the nurses? There is a couple of them that should be working on a correctional place! Bad attitude and attention to clients all time.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!! I WISH I WOULD OF NEVER CAME HERE FROM THE START! I found out i was pregnant months after so i didnt think i should switch anymore due to how far along i was but this PENALVER clinic is the worst! If you have an appointment at a certain time believe me they will have you waiting for more than 2 hours. Im talking about the OB GYN department. THE NURSES act like they don't care and sometimes can be rude. Wow if there was actaully a number i can complain i defiantly would. If your pregnant do not come here this isnt an experience you want to go thru especially if its your first pregnancy. Even the doctor sits with you no more than 3 minutes and leave the room. Its pretty sad and i wish i didnt come here what so ever!
