There is a parking garage at the Westfield Century City (where Dreamscape is located), and yes, the experience is glasses-friendly. I've done it with no issue.
It's in a large mall, so lots of parking is available—free for the first hour, and then something like $2 each hour thereafter. Dreamscape does not validate; only Gelsons and a couple of the restaurants validate. If you're there only for Dreamscape, you can be in and out in less than an hour. Re. glasses: if you wear reading glasses only, you don't need them—the VR lenses are adjustable to some extent. If you wear corrective lenses, you'll need them and can wear them with the head gear.
Do you also have to pay for parking or is it free?
Yes And yes
