I walked in the store to replace the battery on my Mondaine watch. I was offered help by a customer service representative, who didn’t hesitate to help. He was very kind and helpful. He took about 10-15 minutes to bring my watch to life. Wish I knew his name, but I’m sure he knows who he is, because we share some interesting travel tips of places that I’ve visited.
