Do you have yugioh tornumemts and of you do is it open for the public or do yoi have to sign up for it

Not open yet but they did have yugioh tournaments on Saturday when they were open.

Hello! Logan's comment is correct. Once local, state, and national officials deem it safe, we're looking forward to host Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments again. In the meantime, we do have some space available for table rentals if you're interested in small gatherings with friends. The rental is $2/person for the first hour, and $1/person for every hour after.
