All physician's offices now give you a call a day to two before your appointment confirming the time and day. Most have a portal website you can send a message if need be. If all that fails and ya need to talk look to someone, I just start pushing numbers, first the front desk, then a nurse, once I got a person on the phone I tell them of the problem. Second you can request them to call you a week prior or three days before if need be. Axis spine is becoming more popular with injured people because they are the best in the CDA- and Spokane area. I have never met a more qualified bunch of doctors whom actually treat you instead of pushing you around the medical system. I am so Thankful for their care. Hope this helps
I always get a call from them a day or so ahead of my appointment
Hi there! You should be able to navigate our phone menu. You can also log into your patient portal on our website. Hope this helps!
There is always a menu choice when I call. I also am able to go on my patient portal and contact them with any questions I may have. That also shows my next appointment date and time. It answers any questions I might have. Hope that helps.
They will call you to confirm
