The staff is always friendly and helpful. My time with each person I came into contact with was great. They made me feel like part of the team. Dr. Jameson explained all my x-rays with to me and came up with a good plan for my care. Excellent service.

I have always received Excellent care at Axis Spine and would give them the Highest recommendation of any business in the area. I love their physical therapy department and notice when I am there, many people travel from out of state visit as well! The entire care team is Top-notch! I love them All! When your Health and Wellness and one stop shopping is important to you, this is definitely the place to be. After undergoing back surgery by Dr. Roland Kent, I spent months in PT. I am also followed by Adam Mills, the most Phenomenal Chiropractor at Axis Spine and the Pacific Northwest! Now that Northwest Specialty Hospital and Axis Spine have joined forces, I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so very much for this opportunity to share with you my highest rating! Respectfully, Casey Prosch

I am so disappointed with you center! Dr. Kent was very nice and knowledgeable. However after my appointment I never got a follow up to start my physical therapy. I called the office a week later and they had no information of any referral from Dr Kent. I then called my PCP and Was informed that my insurance did not require a referral for physical therapy. Three weeks later still no call back from Axis Spine to start therapy. I'm not sure what the disconnect was between the doctor and the physical therapy department. But a patient should not have to jump through all these loops to Receive care. I would absolutely not recommend the center to anyone. Absolutely no follow up or continuity of care. Very sad.

I was there to get my new pain pump fill. Christy was the young lady that worked on me. I was, am really impressed with her. She is extremely knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything she was doing & what would happen with & from this procedure. After that Dr. Jamison came in & visited with me, asked if I had any questions. She made an appointment for my next visit.

All physician's offices now give you a call a day to two before your appointment confirming the time and day. Most have a portal website you can send a message if need be. If all that fails and ya need to talk look to someone, I just start pushing numbers, first the front desk, then a nurse, once I got a person on the phone I tell them of the problem. Second you can request them to call you a week prior or three days before if need be. Axis spine is becoming more popular with injured people because they are the best in the CDA- and Spokane area. I have never met a more qualified bunch of doctors whom actually treat you instead of pushing you around the medical system. I am so Thankful for their care. Hope this helps
To my understanding Dr. Jameson is the surgeon that does the spinal cord stimulator. I have had issues with the office as far as scheduling. They had me see her associate twice for the same visit. I expressed my concerns with the problems I've had with their office, Laurie has gone above and beyond to assist me with the scheduling issues. But at this point I am leery.
I did call twice. They finally called back. They need to put the order in.
